More than 80 percent of executives agree there is a talent shortage in U.S. manufacturing. MACNY is fighting the skills gap head-on through programs such as Partners for Education and Business (PEB), P-TECH, CTE, The Manufacturers Intermediary Apprenticeship Program (MIAP), registered through the State of New York. Through partnerships with area colleges and businesses, we strive to engage students early and provide a meaningful education towards a career in U.S. manufacturing.
